Protea magnifica also called the Queen of Proteas. It is the second largest Protea after the king Protea the Protea Cynaroides. They come in different colours, from white to brown and even black.

When grown, the bushes grow to about 1.5 m. The dried heads are woolly and as wide as they are tall. Stem lengths are about 40 cm and there are 3 stems per bunch. The dried flower is about 15 cm tall.
